At Mili Jae Beauty Essentials, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products with the utmost care. Due to the nature of cosmetic items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Original seal must be fully intact
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products (including lipsticks, lip glosses, skincare, and makeup items) cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

 

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
